Who’s The Pastor?

Pastor Craig Collins is our Senior Pastor. Pastor Craig has been in the ministry since 2000. with us for 11 years and has built his ministry around his deep caring for people and in particular the poor. Craig preaches based on the Gospel and strives to offer inspiration, teaching and comfort, all in the praise of Jesus Christ.

Who Are the People?

The Vine United Methodist Church is made up of four locations: Scottsbluff, Mirtchell, Morrill and Henry Nebraska. Our congregations include a range of folks including seniors and families with children; college students and middle and high schoolers. Our services are in English and our congregations our generous with their spiritual gifts including music, volunteerism, community support and friendship.

Will My Kids Be Safe?

Yes. We welcome kids with open arms. Currently, we do not offer traditional Sumday school, however we welcome your children to take part in our weekly Children’s Service. As well, we invite you to bring your children to our Wednesday Night Kids First program that starts with dinner at 5:30 and then our Kids program between 6:00 and 7:15.

How Can I Be Involved?

Between our four locations, we offer a number of ways that you can be a part of our church family, such as:

  • Greeters & Welcome Committee
  • Various Bibel Studies
  • Stephan Ministry (Lay Ministry)

That way, when you show up, you have a friend. A friend that knows the lay-of-the-land, where the bathrooms are, where the coffee is, and most importantly, can introduce you (as much or as little as you like) to other folks in our church.
